About how high can the internal resolution be pushed on a Pi 4 before the performance starts to suffer I don’t use Retropie much but do use Lakka on my RP4 as I believe it’s a slightly. But Im confused about this 4K statement, cause people say these apps, RetroArch and Duckstation cant output real 4K and top out at 1080p and just upscale, even if you set it at 4K in the emulators on Series X, with the exception of Series S for some unknown reason. I use it on my main gaming PC, and it works great, even when the resolution is pushed way up. The files must have the same names as listed, and using lowercase letters as shown :) So apparently, Retropie can use the Duckstation core. Set the Core Options for Pad 3 Type, Pad 4 Type (and so on, depending on how many players are supported by the game) to the relevant Controller Type that the game.
